  • Yes, there is a standard service call fee to come to your location and a separate diagnostic fee.

    This covers travel expenses, inspection and identifying the issue. If you approve the repair, this fee may be applied towards the total cost.

  • You can book by:

  • In most cases, yes. But if arrangements need to be made (e.g., you’re at work), just let us know - we’re flexible.

  • You can, but we recommend letting us supply parts to ensure proper fit and quality. Repairs using customer-supplied parts are not covered by warranty.

  • We accept:

    • Credit/Debit cards

    • Mobile payments (Venmo, Cash App)

    • Invoice Portal (when approved)

  • Yes! Labor is covered by a 30-day workmanship guarantee. Parts are covered under manufacturer warranties.

  • Most repairs can be completed where your RV or vehicle is parked. If a job requires specialized equipment or shop facilities, we’ll help you determine the next best step.

  • We try to accommodate urgent repairs whenever possible. Availability depends on scheduling, time of day and travel distance. Additional fee’s may apply.

  • No problem - just let us know as early as you can. Same-day cancellations may include a fee.

  • Yes - we are fully licensed, certified and insured for mobile repair services.
